While most agents will tell you "...yeah, I'm a listing agent and specialize in listing your home..." what they don't tell you is they also will work as a 'Buyers Agent' and then try to explain why that is a good thing. A man cannot serve two masters ~ A Seller wants top dollar and exclusive representation and a Buyer wants to pay the least amount. How can an agent give both what they want without shorting the other? The answer is no matter what clever little script they give you THEY CAN'T. |

Difference #2We have the tools necessary to net you more. Better communication, better marketing, better propagations and definitely better tools... As a matter of fact EVERY agent in the TMLS has access to these same tools however these tools cost money and the average agent doesn't want to spend the money. These tools collectively cost thousands of dollars a year but the average agent won't pay to have them. They just want to do the 3 P's-
If they would invest in these tools then they would command top dollar in the sale of their clients largest asset and they would make better commissions to be able to afford them. That's a win/win for both the client and the agent. Isn't that the way it should be done?... |
